Integrated recovery for paper–PE composite materials
Process compatible paper-plastic laminated packaging and production scrap to recover paper pulp and separated polyethylene (PE). Material suitability depends on the laminate structure and feedstock condition.

Recycling for PE-coated paper cups and cup-production scrap
An integrated line for compatible paper cups and PE-coated paper cup production waste, designed to separate the paper and plastic fractions for further use.

Solution 03
Tetra Pak Recycling
Three recovered fractions from one standard line
Our standard multilayer carton recycling line recovers three material fractions within the integrated process: paper pulp, aluminum-plastic foil, and separated PE. Optional downstream treatment of the aluminum-plastic foil can be discussed separately. Compatible cigarette boxes and composite packaging may also be assessed.

Defective Diaper Recycling
Production-waste recycling lines: 300, 800 and 1,000 kg/h
Dedicated systems for defective diapers and suitable sanitary-product manufacturing scrap. Available nominal line capacities are 300 kg/h, 800 kg/h and 1,000 kg/h. The line recovers three material fractions from defective diapers: fluff pulp, polyethylene (PE) from the diaper outer layer, and superabsorbent polymer (SAP). Equipment configuration can be discussed according to your production requirements.

Solution 05
Aluminum-Plastic Granulation
Optional value-added processing of aluminum-plastic composite foil
A dedicated downstream solution for granulating suitable aluminum-plastic composite material. Aluminum remains combined with the plastic in composite granules; this process does not produce pure PE or separated aluminum. It is optional and not required to obtain the three outputs from the standard Tetra Pak recycling line.
