Two Valuable Recovered Material Streams
For suitable paper-and-PE laminates, the separation process recovers paper pulp and polyethylene plastic as distinct streams.
Recovered Paper Pulp
Paper fibre is recovered for further dewatering and suitable paper-making or moulded-fibre applications, depending on its quality.
Separated PE Plastic
Recovered PE can undergo additional cleaning, drying and other downstream plastic processing as required.
04 / Production line
An Integrated Recycling-Line Arrangement
Hongxin can plan a connected equipment layout from material input through separation and recovered-output handling. Supporting equipment is selected according to factory space, material characteristics and operating requirements.
Optional downstream modules can be incorporated when the project calls for further PE processing.
05 / Optional downstream processing
Plastic Recovery and Downstream Pelletizing
Separated PE plastic can be further processed into recycled PE pellets through an optional downstream pelletizing line.
From Separated PE to Recycled Pellets
The separation stage produces recovered PE. A separate, optional downstream system can prepare the material for pellet production, depending on its condition and the desired pellet specification.
Hongxin has illustrated a 3 tonnes/hour integrated arrangement for this application. This is not a guaranteed throughput for a standalone pelletizer or every feedstock.
